Description
The Outside Room at the back of the house has its own entrance, and can accommodate 2 guests. This unit has 1 bedroom furnished with a king bed, and an en-suite shower bathroom. This room contains a 32 cm TV; an OpenView decoder and free Wi-Fi so Netflix available. This unit has a kitchenette that contains a 2-plate stove, a microwave, a standard fridge freezer, a bar fridge in the room itself, cutlery, and all basic kitchenware. This unit also has its own braai facilities and lounge area under a lapa, which is separate from the unit and an outside basin for washing dishes. Guests have access to a shared laundry room and washing lines.

Bring your own face cloths and swimming towels. Bedding, bath towels, dishcloths provided.
We use a septic tank and we request that no foreign items be thrown down toilets but toilet paper as it is very costly for repairs.
We do not charge a breakage fee in good faith that you will take care of the home as if it is your own. Please do not use glasses or any kind of bubbles in the jacuzzi. Do not get into jacuzzi when you have sea sand or are dirty as it will damage filters.
No one else is allowed on the premises but for the people booked into the accommodation.
Umzumbe is a firework free area and it is not allowed.
Quiet time is 22:00. Screaming and unreasonably loud voices not allowed for consideration to other guests.

The main house has 2 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin, toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and a toilet. The house has an open-plan living area with 1 single bed, and a 40 cm TV with a DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove and an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a mixer, a double sink, ample built-in cupboards with glasses, crockery, utensils, a frying pan, a slow cooker, and a chipmaker. The house contains a big verandah with braai facilities, an additional dining table with chairs overlooking the garden and partially obstructed sea views.

This unit is a flatlet situated on a second storey with a full sea view. It comprises of a 1 bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a fan and a sleeping area with a tri-bunk bed providing. The bathroom is an en-suite to the main bedroom; fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. A second toilet and basin area is also available. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a kettle, toaster, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and gas stove with electric oven including a separate deep freezer. The unit has 2 lounge areas of which one is a TV room with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi is available. The flatlet has an air-conditioner in the open-plan kitchen and living area. A 6-seater dining table is provided on an open deck overlooking the ocean and a four-seater is under the covered deck. Undercover parking for one vehicle is available at the entrance to the steps of the second-storey flatlet.
