All the single beds are not confortable, base of them are broken.

At the main bedroom, they made a closet a room and I made it clear that we come as couples. A person who slept in the main bedroom when going to the toilet must go through the closet to the toilet and there is no door between the main bedroom and that closet. We had to make means to find two couples accommodation as they were not happy, and we tried to speak to the owner of the house regarding our issues but we were told that the was nothing that can be done. Closet must be closet, bedrooms must be bedrooms.

Thank you for your feedback Herman, I would like to clarify a few of your pointers. The property firstly, is rented as a whole house not per room therefore refunding 1 couple was not an option. Your complaint was made on day 2 of staying at the house, you had already made use of the house for 1 night.

We take pride in offering a full description with a detailed write up which is supported by photos of every room including the main bedroom. Therefore, you knew what was available when booking.

Great place to stay.

The place is huge and it is very nice for a large group of people, both levels have dining spaces, but we loved the upstairs because it has a braai area inside and the view is amazing.
