Ons het 'n wonderlike tyd gehad. Die huis is pragtig, skoon en baie luuks. Alles was in 'n werkende toestand. Baie dankie aan the host who ons kuier ekstra spesiaal gemaak het.

Best place to stay with friends and family.

If you ever want a house for family and friends, this is it. We had the best time at Ripples Beach House. It is very spacious and the views are amazing. We spent the whole time on the upper deck and you won't regret it. We will definitely go again in the future, we just need security cameras maybe.

Lekker familie huis by die water.

Baie lekker groot huis met 'n lieflike onthaal-area op boonste verdieping. Die Kowierivier is reg oorkant die pad. Die huis was silwerskoon en beddens warm en gemaklik. Ons het baie lekker by die huis gebly. Ek sou net voorstel dat daar 'n slim-TV ingesit word of die opsie gegee word om DStv te kan hê vir TV kyk en dalk 'n TV ook weer in die onderste sitkamer geplaas word.

Nice family house by the water.

Very nice large house with a lovely reception area on the upper floor. The Kowie River is right across the road. The house was spotless and beds warm and comfortable. We had a great time staying at home. I would only suggest that a smart TV be put in or given the option of being able to have DStv for TV viewing and maybe a TV be put back in the downstairs living room as well.

House was clean, beautiful.

I enjoyed everything. House is closer to the beach, closer to the shopping mall I wouldn't mind going back to the Ripples beach house again.

We loved staying here. The top floor was amazing and that's where we were most of the time.

Wonderful place indeed for a large family with kids. Close to all amenities.

The cleaning of the house needs to be constant. The only thing the cleaners do is to change linen on arrival and departure. The yard is also not well maintained, it is a lovely house - it requires to be taken care off. Our stay, in general, was perfect for all and it is well equipped with all needs for self-catering.

Thanks for feedback I'm so sorry to hear you didn't find the house to be of a good standard, we certainly do more than just change the linen. As for the garden, we have a garden service every 2 weeks but with all the recent rains this has been hard to keep up with the growth we will definitely attend to these pointers. All the best. Robyn

All the single beds are not confortable, base of them are broken.

At the main bedroom, they made a closet a room and I made it clear that we come as couples. A person who slept in the main bedroom when going to the toilet must go through the closet to the toilet and there is no door between the main bedroom and that closet. We had to make means to find two couples accommodation as they were not happy, and we tried to speak to the owner of the house regarding our issues but we were told that the was nothing that can be done. Closet must be closet, bedrooms must be bedrooms.

Thank you for your feedback Herman, I would like to clarify a few of your pointers. The property firstly, is rented as a whole house not per room therefore refunding 1 couple was not an option. Your complaint was made on day 2 of staying at the house, you had already made use of the house for 1 night.

We take pride in offering a full description with a detailed write up which is supported by photos of every room including the main bedroom. Therefore, you knew what was available when booking.

Great place to stay.

The place is huge and it is very nice for a large group of people, both levels have dining spaces, but we loved the upstairs because it has a braai area inside and the view is amazing.
