House Rules
- The refundable breakage deposit will be payable a minimum of 21-days before the arrival date.
- No student/matric rage bookings or groups, events, or functions. This accommodation is purely family accommodation.
- Due to the complex's location you will experience environmental sounds i.e. complex living, surrounding estates road usage, neighbours etc.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation and no pets are allowed.
- Property is located in a residential area with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and party noise to about 22:00.
- Use of the estate's swimming pool & sporting facilities is at occupant's own risk.
