House Rules
- The refundable breakage deposit will be payable directly to the property manager's office a minimum of 21-days prior to arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. Their offices will contact you at time of booking to provide payment details.
- No student, matric rage bookings or groups, events, functions are allowed. This accommodation is most suitable for a family.
- Due to the complex's location you will experience environmental sounds such as people residing in the complex, surrounding estates, and road usage.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- The unit is not suitable for pets.
- Property is located in residential area with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and other noises to about 22:00.
