Due to the complex's location you will experience environmental sounds such as people residing in the complex, surrounding estates, and road usage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The unit is not suitable for pets.
Property is located in residential area with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and other noises to about 22:00.
The property has advanced power backup as well as an inverter that powers the TV, Wi-Fi, lights and selected appliances.
