Description

Nestled on the edge of the Buffels Rivier and 320 m from the beach in Pringle Bay, River Song is a spacious self-catering holiday home for 6 people.

The multi-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge area. Located on the first floor are a small reading lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom opens onto a balcony, and is furnished with a double bed. The room has a shower and a toilet en suite.

The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. An outdoor shower is also available. For convenience, linen, towels, duvet inners, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors are provided. Guests please need to bring their own bath and swimming towels.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.

The open-plan lounge is fitted with a cosy fireplace. Wi-Fi access is also available. The living area opens onto a deck with a view of the river and surroundings, and a car porch is available for guests to use.

Guests can bring their own canoe and paddle up the river, or watch the birds nesting in the reeds. The village of Pringle Bay is surrounded by a variety of fynbos and a variety of bird and animal life can be seen when exploring the area. The bay offers swimming, snorkelling, and between June to December whales can also be seen.
