River View 7 is a self-catering house nestled on the banks of the Sundays River in Colchester. The property boasts direct access to the river and has a jetty which allows guests to launch their boats or enjoy some fishing.
The property is suitable for 12 guests and comprises the 3-bedroom main house and an adjacent 1-bedroom flat. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. There are 2 additional single beds available in the living area. The bedroom in the flat contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. There are also 2 single beds provided in an alcove.
