House Rules
The right of admission is reserved.
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible for the cost thereof.
No excessive noise and/or loud music at any time during the day or night.
At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking (adults or children). If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive. Unoccupied rooms will be locked.
No smoking is allowed inside the home.
No items may be removed from the home.
If you have not settled the remaining balance at least 2 days prior to your arrival, the balance is due on arrival strictly in cash.
