Accommodation was very nice and a lot of effort was put in.

Only upon arrival, the owner was completely unaware of our arrival. Goodnight never informed her. It was quite disappointing, but the owner received us well and handled us very well. We are very grateful for that and that she was very hospitable.

Service at Riverside guesthouse was terrible.

On arrival, I was told that there was no booking for me. I had to call the travel agent with my own phone to try and arrange. The room was not suitable for couples. I had to pay extra money to get a so called better room. In that room there was no tea or coffee it was just room to sleep. I paid R850.00 for bed only (its very expensive). Breakfast was extra R100.00 pp. Not happy with the service at all. Attitude of the receptionist leaves much to be desired.

Nie baie aangenaam.

Baie mooi plek. Dit blyk dat dit nog nie goed toegerus was nie. Die gasvrou moet nog haar voete vind. Seker maar onlangs eers die plek geopen. Dalk oor 'n jaar of wat sal dit beter toegerus wees.
