Riverview Villa is a holiday home boasting views of the majestic mountain views, river and beach right on the doorstep and is an ideal option for a memorable holiday with friends and family. Nestled in the world-renowned UNESCO Koegelberg biosphere, here guests discover the endemic fynbos that isn't seen anywhere else in the world.

The holiday home features a double-storey which can accommodate a total of 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with a double bed, while the forth bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bath, washbasin and toilet.

The living area is bright and airy with a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating, a TV and free Wi-Fi.

Through the double doors, there is a sunny gas braai and an outdoor dining area for guests. For adventurous, there are lovely hiking and cycling trails.

This area is known for the Verreaux's Eagles, as well as baboons, rock hyrax, small antelopes, otters and the occasional caracal and leopard. Riverview House is situated 5km north of Pringle Bay, on the eastern shore of False Bay where you'll be guaranteed an incredible stay.
