Putting 3 technicians into one room while we paid for 2 rooms.

We booked and paid for 2 rooms and when our 3 technicians arrived, they put all 3 of them into one room. Two beds and one bunker and they brought the 3rd guy loose blankets to throw over. They only had one bathroom to use. This is unacceptable!

Not pleasant.

I booked a non-smoking room but all I could smell was smoke. Other guests were loud and rowdy until the early hours of the morning. The room was very basic and does not look like the photos, with no duvet on the bed on sheets and a blanket. When I went to ask the receptionist for help she stuffed a whole muffin in her face before talking to me.
