The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a dishwasher. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, or relax in the formal lounge that opens onto a patio with braai facilities and a small garden.

A second lounge area is located on the first floor, and is equipped with a built-in braai, a fridge-freezer, as well as a TV with DStv. The living area opens onto a deck that overlooks the ocean and river.

The house has an inverter system, an alarm system and a double lock-up garage.

Klein Brak Rivier beach is great for fishing, boating, surfing, and whale watching in season, and guests can also do some bird watching in the area.
