Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Please familiarize yourself with the check-in information regarding check-in and check-out times

Guests must bring their own towels, dishcloths, wood, toiletries and cleaning products.

The outstanding balance as well as the breakage deposit is due at least 14 days prior to the check-in day.
We reserve the right to use the breakage deposit towards cleaning, repair or replacement costs if the property has been left dirty, items are missing or damaged. The deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days, less any deductions in accordance with the conditions above. You remain responsible for the cost of any damage, repairs or replacement of items in excess of the breakage deposit.

During their stay, guests should please be mindful of the neighbours and avoid loud music or excessive noise.

This property is not pet-friendly or suitable for parties or functions.

Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect, and no refund if any of the rules stated above are not adhered to.

The owner of the property and the property manager accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries, loss, damage, theft or death, to any person and/or, to his/her property or any items forgotten or left in the house.

Please wash your dirty dishes and pack them away before you leave - dishes are not part of the cleaning service, an additional fee will be charged for unwashed dishes.

Guests staying for 7 nights or longer must arrange in advance if they require additional linen. Additional linen is not included in the rate and is available at an additional fee.
