The sound of zebra munching the green grass next to the chalet was the only noise accompanying the breeze. Very peaceful.

We were able to cook breakfast, braai and watch the rugby. Superb weekend.

It was nice, but.

They allow the guests to smoke in the house and that resulted in the whole place smelling like smoke.

Owner disinterested.

The cottage itself is amazing, loved the design, and a lot of thought has gone into it. Not sure about the security but had no problems. Light in bathroom was a motion detector, and is very sensitive, with no way of switching it off. Had load shedding, and inverter/batteries didn't work, or didn't kick in. Stove was gas, which is perfect. Kitchen well equipped and well thought out. Bed comfortable.
