Description
Ronels Cottage offers self-catering accommodation, and is located on the owner’s property, situated in Roodepoort. The property is ideally located near to Clearwater Mall, and approximately 4.7 km from the Unisa Florida Campus.
The cottage is connected to the main house but features a private entrance, and consists of 2 bedroom areas and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom features a shower and bath. The second bedroom area is in the living area, and is also equipped with a queen-size bed.
Adjacent to the bed in the living area, is a kitchenette that contains a bar fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an electric frying pan, a toaster, crockery, cutlery, and a kitchen sink. In addition, the living area contains a TV with a 20-channel OVHD decoder, a full-length mirror, and heaters.
Guests are welcome to make use of the gas or webber braai facility’s and the splash pool on the property. Undercover parking is available for 1 car, behind an automated gate. The hosts are also able to provide guests with free transport to the campus; if needed.
Ronels Cottage is also within close proximity to a shopping centre with restaurants, Clearwater Mall, and other facilities in the area.
