Description

Rouwkoop Place is an upmarket, private and secure self-catering house situated in the heart of Rondebosch and is conveniently located for a great holiday experience in Cape Town. It is the ideal base from which to explore the nearby beaches and local attractions.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The spacious main bedroom contains a king-size bed, a TV, ample cupboard space, and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. There is a cosy TV lounge with seating, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. Outside, there is a patio area with a table for alfresco meals, a comfortable outdoor seating area, and a built-in braai and gas braai. Wireless internet is available.

There is also an additional outside pool room with an outside lounge and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Guests can take a dip in the inviting swimming pool. There is also a lovely garden with mountain views. Parking for 2 cars on the fully enclosed property is provided.

A cleaning service can be arranged if required at very reasonable rates.
