Breakage Deposit

House Rules

No bachelor and bachelorette parties or work parties are allowed. This accommodation is only suitable for families and couples.

Guest is required to inform the establishment as to what time they will arrive so that they can arrange for the key.

Guests need to bring their own towels. Bedding is provided.

No visitors are allowed on the premises. The accommodation is only for paying guests.

No functions are allowed on the property.
Pets are not allowed on the property.

Please note that the accommodation can only be reached by stairs and might not be suitable for guests with disabilities, elderly guests or small children.

A key and breakages deposit is payable along with the booking deposit. It is refundable via bank transfer 5 - 7 working days after the check-out date after the house has been checked for breakages. Please note that the key deposit will be withheld and extra fees will be charged if more than the booked number of guests are found on the premises. Please provide your bank details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over once the key and breakage deposit have been received. Should there be any indication of cigarette smoke, dirty dishes, and/or the house being left messy, no deposit will be refunded.
