House Rules
Please note:
Check-in time is from 14:00.
Check-out time is before 10:00.
How to check-in:
Phone the manager when you arrive at the gate, they will then send guests the code to the gate to access the property. The manager will meet guests in the driveway and show them to their parking and rooms.
Please take note of the following rules and regulations:
- Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
- No smoking in the rooms.
- Please help us keep Safe Haven Guesthouse up to standard by looking after our belongings and treating it as your own.
- Please do not use any metal kitchen utensils or spoons in the pots and pans when cooking. Please use the plastic and wooden kitchen utensils and spoons.
- Only paying guests are allowed to stay over. Visitors may be asked by the manager to leave the premises.
- The swimming pool and garden are communal areas and needs to stay peaceful and quiet at all times.
- No music is allowed outside or around the swimming pool.
- No glasses or alcohol is allowed by the swimming pool.
- No functions or parties are allowed without prior arrangement.
- Please be considerate of other guests on the property and do not make a noise. The owner reserves the right to ask any person who does not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner to leave the premises.
- On arrival guests will receive a set of keys, a control for the gate and controls for the TV. Please remember to return these with departure. If guests forget to hand it back, a fine will be charged to replace them.
- Each room has an inventory list on the desk. Please report any shortages immediately. If something is missing or damaged when guests check out, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item.
Please take note of the following:
- The owners live on the premises with their dog (Yorkie).
- There is a dirt road of +/- 500 m to the accommodation but it is suitable for any vehicle. Guests need to please enquire regarding the condition of the road before arrival as it may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
