Description
San Lameer Villa Fornasetti is a lovely villa situated in San Lameer, a premier golfing estate on KwaZulu Natal’s South Coast. The 4-bedroom villa overlooks a forest, and offers slight sea views in the distance.
The villa comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious lobby and lounge area, and a kitchen and dining area. The villa can accommodate 8 guests in 2 double beds and 4 single beds. The lobby and lounge area is equipped with a TV, and leads to a patio and an 18 metre swimming pool. The patio is equipped with a 10-seater dining table and 4 loungers, as well as a gas braai. The swimming pool is not fenced. The lounge gives access to 2 bedrooms and 2 staircases; these lead to 2 upstairs en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private patio. The upstairs landing leads to the roof terrace; the balustrade here is not a high balustrade, and is not advisable for children to use this terrace unsupervised.
The kitchen leads off the lounge, and is equipped with a 10-seater dining room table and chairs. There is an outside braai area with a gas braai outside the kitchen, with a tiled area for open-air dining. A handy window opens from a scullery onto a serving area next to the gas braai. There is a laundry on the opposite side of the house from the kitchen. All linen and towels, including swimming towels are provided, and the villa is equipped with air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. There are 2 garages, as well as parking for 2 extra vehicles. The villa is serviced for guests convenience.
San Lameer is situated approximately 20 minutes from Margate Airport, and is approximately 148 km from Durban. The estate offers a beach with lifesavers, a hotel with a restaurant, an 18-hole golf course, a bowling green, tennis courts, squash courts, 2 swimming pools, a lagoon with paddle boats, birding trails, a mountain bike trail, a spa, golf cart rental, and golf club rental.
