San Lameer Villa 2103

Not a good stay.

Villa 2103 has been a nightmare. Southbroom suffers from loadshedding like the rest of the country, however, in 2103 Villa you suffer the most. You have no water and no electricity (no inverter or any backup power) you can flush the toilet, but you can't shower even when the electricity is on. I'll recommend guests to choose only a villa with backup power. No power, no water! On arrival the reception in San Lameer asked me to pay for parking, I asked why because I did pay. Their answer was that the owner didn't pay his levies therefore I needed to pay. I refused and after a while Top Destination said that they will sort it out for me. We left 2103 and we moved to a nicer villa. But still, we had some water issues. I've added more money for the move. I had no choice. Overall a bad experience.

The villa was small but clean and central.

Shower very small and upstairs, not in main room. Kids rooms all upstairs. No Weber braai as per picture. Very centrally located, clean and had all amenities.

Baie gerieflike villa, alles wat mens benodig. Die WiFi beslis 'n pluspunt.

Baie lief vir die see en buitelewe. Gholf deel van ons vakansie. Ideaal vir ons.

Very enjoyable, will definitely be back.

Well equipped and nice location. Had a lovely time. Unit well kept, other than shower which could use a new showerhead. Otherwise a lovely unit to stay in. Close to amenities, but far away enough from the noise.

Die kombuis van hierdie villa is opgegradeer met 'n tuimeldroër en wasmasjien wat nodig is met al die nat handdoeke. Daar is egter geen plek om kruideniersware te stoor nie. Die uitleg van die eenheid is effens vreemd met drie verskillende vlakke. DStv en lugversorging was heerlik. San Lameer se fasiliteite is puik soos altyd.

Luilekker, ontspannend.

WiFi in vandag se tyd is ’n moet. Dit was ’n duur data week.

Was so much more than we expected.

Fantastic stay. The estate was immaculate and inviting. So many areas to explore. Hotel pool was such a welcome surprise. Villa was also fantastic and extremely clean. Only two things I'd mention is that there was only a bread knife and steak knives, there need to be a few more variety of knives. And there is a large chest freezer in the kitchen by the dining counter and sink which takes up a lot of space. Felt it wasn't needed at all as there is a lovely large fridge-freezer with ample space. Otherwise everything else was fantastic, thank you.

Pragtig, veilig en vriendelike diens, maar ekstra fooie betaalbaar wat nie hier genoem word nie.

Ligging van die villa is puik. Skoon en netjies en al die benodighede vir 'n lekker wegbreek. Daar is wel na die bespreking vir ons nog 'n faktuur gestuur vanaf Top Destinations wat 'n adminfooi van R350 gevra het, sowel as R60 per dag per voertuig.

Sal vir seker weer besoek. Bes moontlik van nou af ons 'go to'! Villa 2103 is effe ver vir stap na see, maar is maklik met kar of golfkarretjie. Genoeg parkering by see. Villa is wel loopafstand na hotel restaurant, superette, swembad, spa en tennisbane. Omgewing met volop wild is asemrowend mooi. Gemoedsrus t.o.v. sekuriteit 'n groot bonus.
