Description
Situated on the beach in Pringle Bay, Sand Banks is a comfortably furnished self-catering house for a big family of up to 12 people.
The double-storey house offers rooms, as well as kitchens on both floors. The upstairs floor consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second room contains a double bed and a single-sleeper couch and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower; the room also opens onto a sun lounge. The upstairs floor, also has an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, as well as a fireplace, and opens onto a deck with sea views.
Four more rooms are located downstairs. All 4 rooms are furnished with double beds and 1 with a king-size bed. Three have en-suite bathrooms with a shower or a bath. A kitchenette, as well a lounge, is available downstairs and opens onto a stoep.
The kitchens are equipped with microwaves, fridges, freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. A stove and oven, a dishwasher, as well as a dining area, is available. Wi-Fi is available, and the lounge is equipped with a TV with access to Netflix.
Guests can relax on the upstairs balcony, that can be opened or closed or make use of the games room which has a pool-, a tennis- and a soccer table. For convenience, linen, bath- and beach towels are provided. The house is equipped with a generator, and on request, a cleaner can be arranged. a Generator for load shedding is provide at the cost of R500 for usage. Fuel is for the tenant's account.
All rental properties in Pringle Bay come with a warning about wildlife and Chacma baboons in the area. Please remember and respect the fact that you are in a conservation area. The house is not serviced but a cleaner can be requested for your own account.
