Relaxing. Comfortable. Neat and tidy. Awesome!

The room is huge and well-equipped. The refrigerator wasn't working but was replaced within 5 minutes! The front desk lady, (we named her Lilly!), was helpful! We had an awesome getaway. Thank you!

Very disappointed.

Besides the long loadshedding, I had to deal with no water as well. This was challenging as I was in JHB on business. Then to add to my disappointment, the lifts stopped working. After a long day, walking up to the 3rd floor was not a good way to end my day.
