Sandy Feet is a self-catering home located in a secure residential complex in the seaside town of Yzerfontein. This pet-friendly holiday home is within close proximity to the beach and the village centre.
This vacation home can accommodate up to 6 persons and is built in a U-shape around a central entertainment area with braai and pool. The home comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features a ceiling fan and built-in cupboards. The main bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath as well.
The spacious fully equipped kitchen contains appliances to cook meals, including a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an ironing board and an iron for convenience. The open-plan living area leads to a games room, which offers a ping pong table, a dartboard, and other games. The living area leads out to the courtyard, which boasts a splash pool and a built-in braai area.
A double garage is available for 2 cars to park in, with extra off-street parking for a third car. Well-behaved and leashed pets are welcome by arrangement at the property.
The estate boasts direct access to the beach, and borders a large green belt, and a nature reserve on the one side which has plenty of bird life. Cape Town International Airport is located approximately 105 km away.
