With regards to the smell of mould, we will definitely look into it as it is a new build and it could possibly still be the glue from the joinery curing. Apologies for this. On top of it being flower season here, that would not have helped your hay-fever and sinus.
We have called in our plumber to have a look at the shower. Fortunately we do have a Grey Water System, so no water goes to waste, and hopefully he can find a solution.
