The apartment is within walking distance from Margate main swimming beach, the Margate Pier, restaurants, entertainment facilities and shops. Guests can enjoy great views of the ocean from the main bedroom, balcony and living areas.

This spacious apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, dining room and 2 balconies, 1 of which is sheltered from the wind.

Each living area and bedroom features air-conditioning. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a large shower and bath and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable soft headboard. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and its own access to the side and front porch.

The living room is equipped with luxury furniture and features a DStv connection. Just bring your own Explora decoder and smart card. On the front porch, there is a 6-seater, marble dining set and 2 deck chairs to admire the views of the Indian Ocean. The porch on the side, which is sheltered from the wind, also has a 6-seater dining set, offering guests plenty of entertainment space.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven and gas stove, a double door fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a tumble dryer. The second bathroom, which is located at the entrance, also has a washing machine for guests' convenience.
