Santorini 306A is an upmarket self-catering, third-floor apartment in the A block of the secure Santorini complex on the beachfront, within walking distance from Margate's main beach, Margate pier, restaurants, entertainment facilities and shops.
This spacious apartment offers stunning views over the Indian Ocean. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The third bedrooms contain 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The lounge and main bedrooms feature a TV with certain DStv channels.
The living area opens to a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a gas braai. Open fires are not allowed on the balcony.
The apartment also features air-conditioning in the living area and main bedroom, and fans in the other 2 rooms.
All bedding and bath towels are provided. Guest need to bring own beach towels. Linen can be changed on request at an additional charge. Please request this when booking.
The apartment is accessed via a staircase and an elevator.
The complex is access-controlled with 24-hour security. The complex offers a communal swimming pool and charcoal braai. Secure parking is provided in a lock-up double garage (nr 17) and 1 on-site open undercover parking directly in front of the garage on the premises.
