Three lovely days at Santos beach!

Our group of 5 adults had a wonderful time in the beautiful, neat, well-equipped apartment (which is not exposed to load shedding!) with one of the most beautiful sea views imaginable. An almost perfect late-autumn seaside holiday in one of our favorite Cape South Coast towns. We have no complaints about the apartment itself. The security staff also looked after us very well and helped us with an extra parking space (we came from two corners of SA and therefore arrived with two cars - the apartment only has one parking space). During our visits to the Point Village office, we experienced the staff as friendly, hospitable and helpful. The almost perfect holiday was slightly spoiled by two administrative issues. First of all, on my fourth attempt, I first got an answer about a query about a specific facility. Second, I received the refund of our R1000 breakage deposit 10 days after we left. This is unacceptable. At the beginning of our stay, I found out if there were guests moving in on the date we were leaving, because I didn't want to be held responsible for breakages caused by other guests.
