It is a double-storey, 4-bedroom apartment of which 3 rooms are on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. Each bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time. It also features 3, full bathrooms for guests' convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, 4-burner gas stove, an oven, electric frying pan, fruit mixer, crockery and cutlery for 8 people. The TV has the full Dstv package.
The apartment also features a double, lock-up garage, a courtyard and indoor braai. The garage also holds a large freezer and washing machine.
