House Rules
Terms of Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance, plus a R1 000.00 refundable security deposit for incidentals, is payable by bank transfer prior to arrival.
The units are not pet friendly.
You may smoke outdoors but not indoors.
Please consider your neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum before 08h00 and after 22h00.
The units have a strict no party policy.
The units run the a pre-set and fixed DStv package.
The units are not serviced.
There is no Wi-Fi in the units, however, various cellular connections are available via your own devices. Data will be for your own account.
Cancellation Policy - Custom
- If the accommodation is cancelled 60 days or longer before the arrival date, 90% of all payments received by the establishment will be refunded.
- If the accommodation is cancelled 1 to 59 days before the arrival date, 90% of all payments received by the establishment will be refunded, provided we can re-let the unit for the full period as originally booked.
No show or premature departure: No refunds.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R 1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
