Description

Sea Pearl is a tastefully decorated, 3-bedroom house situated in Paternoster. It is only 50m from the beach and within walking distance to most of the local restaurants and shops. Please note that this is a public beach that can be busy and noisy during the holidays.

The main room, located on the upper level, features a queen-size bed, a free-standing bath and en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower. The second room is furnished with a queen-size bed while the third room has twin beds. These rooms are both on the lower level and share a bathroom that is fitted with a bath and shower, also on the lower level. There is also a guest toilet on the lower level for added convenience.

The living area is open-plan to a fully equipped kitchen and comprises a lounge with a plasma screen TV that has the full DStv bouquet and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 indoor fireplaces, 1 in the main bedroom and one in the living area, as well as a built-in braai and portable braai on the patio which is ideal for entertaining.

Stunning views are available from the master bedroom and upstairs patio. Wi-Fi is available for guests. We regret, pets are not allowed.

Sea Pearl is situated in Paternoster offers a lovely history as one of the oldest fishing villages on the West Coast. It is only a mere 145 km from Cape Town.
