Description
Sea-renity is a stunning self-catering townhouse with lovely sea views. It is situated in a secure complex in Umzumbe, 6 km past Hibberdene.
The house can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area, as well as a private heated swimming pool. Of the 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second and third bedroom have 2 single beds in each. Both bathrooms have a shower, a bath, a toilet and a basin. The kitchen includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, a gas hob and an air-fryer. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with full DStv and the dining room has a 12-seater dining room table.
The house is pet friendly, and has a patio with books, games, fishing tackle, rods, a fully fenced garden, an outside shower, 4 suntanning loungers, 2 gazebo's, a breakfast table, and a wicker lounge suite facing the sea. Guests have access to a lock up garage.
Sea-renity is 100 m from a blue flag beach with a tidal pool, 200 m from The Stiebel Rocks fishing cove, and 300 m from Shark Bay.
