Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
May change without prior notice. By accepting this quotation, you agree to adhere to all terms of use of the property. Please request more information on the detailed pet policy/house rules.
No tenants under the age of 21 are permitted without parental supervision for the duration of their stay. Non-compliance of this shall lead to immediate eviction with no refund of rent.
Strictly no smoking allowed inside the apartment.
Maximum day visitors at apartment: 4 People.
Day visitors to depart the premises by no later than 22:00 on day of arrival.
No parties or loud music allowed.
Breakage / Damage Deposit:
Kindly note that we request a breakage / damage Deposit of R2 000.00. The breakage Deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 3 days after departure via EFT, providing that there are no breakages / damages.
Cleaning Service:
Available on request at an additional fee of R 250.00 per service. Please note that a Cleaning Service does not include change of linen.
Towels:
Please note, bath towels are provided but no swimming / beach towels. Guests are to bring their own swimming / beach towels.
Pet Policy General:
All dogs are welcome and must be healthy and free of ticks / fleas. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs sleep inside – please bring own beds, bedding and bowls. Dogs are not to be left inside the apartment when guests go out – no exceptions. Non-compliance of this shall lead to a penalty of R 1 000.00. We request that pets are not left alone at the unit for 90 mins or longer a day. We request that pets are not alone from 21h00 at night at the unit.
Cancellation Policy: Refer to Cancellation Policy
Should you not be able to travel due to Inter-Provincial Travel bans, we would gladly assist in postponing your holiday (pending availability). This is applicable only for specified traveling dates as set out by the Government. This is not applicable to beach closures. Our Policy do not cover cancellation due to beach closures.
Once a booking is confirmed, a detailed list of house rules and pet policy will be shared with guests.
