Sea Side Oasis - 15 Sovereign Sands is a comfortably furnished self-catering apartment for up to 6 people in a beachfront security complex in Blythedale.

The multi-storey apartment has lovely sea views and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a bath.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.

Opening onto a covered stoep, the lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and Wi-Fi access is available. Braai facilities and a dining area are available on the stoep which has a lovely sea view. There is a 5kVA backup inverter that keeps the lights, fridge, Wi-Fi, and TV running during load shedding, there is also a borehole and Jojo tanks in place. We boast a Blue Flag beach along the coastline.

The complex has a communal swimming pool and offers direct access to the beach for long walks, swimming, whale or dolphin watching in season, and guests can also do some bird watching.
