Seebries 15 is situated on the picturesque Paradise Beach, across the beach. The views are breathtaking with the waves crashing and the beach that you can see, smell and hear.

Accommodation is offered in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean, is furnished with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the third with a double bed. The 2 rooms make use of 2 bathrooms that have a shower and a bath each. The fourth room has a queen-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The fifth room contains 4 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The open-plan living area has a kitchen that is equipped for self-catering with 3 fridge-freezers, a gas stove an electric oven and a toaster. The separate washing room contains 2 washing machines, a dishwasher and a gas stove. The kitchen is equipped with a wide variety of crockery, pots and pans. The spacious lounge has a TV with full DStv and a DVD player.

The living area opens onto the braai area, which opens onto a large patio with lovely sea views. The braai area also has a TV with full DStv, and a staircase leads to the games room, which hosts a pool table and dart board. From the game room, guests will also have a 180-degree view of the ocean. The house has an alarm and parking is available for 2 cars in the garage. All of the rooms are big and spacious and guest accommodation at Seebries 15 is very enjoyable. Seebries 15 is always rented in perfect and super clean condition.

Seebries 15 is located just a few steps from the beautiful beach, where guests can relax, swim, take a walk, fish or surf. Jeffreys Bay is just 6 km away and offers guests a variety of restaurants and shopping centres as well as attractions such as the Dolphin Beach Entertainment Centre and the African Dawn Wildlife Sanctuary.
