Description

Seebries is a self-catering holiday house that is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and located in Vermont. This property offers 180-degree sea views from the living area and the deck. Just 150 m from the house is a lovely beach path that ends at Onrus beach.

The house has 2 storeys. The bedrooms are at the bottom and the living area with the kitchen and guest toilet is upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with panel heaters on the walls and there are also 2 bathrooms and guest toilet.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath as well as a door to the backyard. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a shower and there is a separate guest toilet.

The backyard is fenced-in and is very safe for children and dogs. There is a lovely braai under a big Milkwood tree where guests can sit like kings and listen to the sound of the waves.

Upstairs there is an open-plan kitchen and living area with wonderful sea views. The kitchen contains a fridge, deep freeze, a gas stove, electrical oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. It also boasts beautiful sea views. The living area has a lovely fireplace, comfortable couches and a Smart TV. There is also a bar area with a fridge. DStv and free WiFi are available.

The living area opens onto a beautiful wooden deck with a 180-degree sea view and a freestanding braai as well as a 10-seater table with an umbrella. During the whale season, guests will even be able to spot these gentle giants of the sea.

Seebries is just 200 m from a lovely beach path that guests can use to walk or run to Onrus Main Beach. When returning guests can stop at Davies Pool for an early morning swim and a warm cup of coffee.

The property is ideally situated approximately 7 km from Hemel en Aarde Wine Route, and 10 km from central Hermanus and its popular whale watching spots, restaurants, and shops. Seebries is the perfect place to recharge your battery and relax.
