Description

Seedans is situated on the banks of the Hartenbos River mouth as it flows into the sea. The unit is ideally suited for a family or group of friends, with the beach just a few metres away. The holiday house is near numerous attractions, shops, restaurants and activities.

The house comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third bedroom has a tri-bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Upstairs is a separate TV room for the children (there are DVDs and guests can bring their own DStv decoder).

The kitchen is equipped with all of the modern conveniences needed for a care-free, self-catering stay. It features a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The scullery holds a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is a dining area with ample seating and a lounge with comfortable couches and a TV with DStv. The living area walks out onto the patio with spectacular views of the lagoon and sea and features braai facilities.
