A separate guest toilet, 1 garage, 3 terraces, a private courtyard and a playroom with a TV is also available. There are both bath and shower facilities available in the villa.
On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bar with a spacious dining and lounge area. Sliding doors open onto a lovely terrace with loungers, a corner couch, gas braai and a sparkling pool which is ideal for indoor and outdoor entertaining to accommodate 14 guests easily. There are staircases and lifts servicing all 3 levels.
This Villa is serviced Monday to Friday and has good security, so you can enjoy peace of mind when out exploring the Cape and the beautiful attractions that it has to offer.
