Thank you for your review. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused with the hair you found on the bed. We do have a resident cat, that likes to creep in and make himself comfortable on the bed. We are aware of this, and always try our utmost to keep him out as staff members move in and out when cleaning, and setting up for new guests to arrive.
