On our way to the hotel I received a phone call from a staff member at the accommodation. The phone call was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. We stayed in a self-catering flat. The accommodation mentioned "villa," however it was just a 2-bedroom apartment shared in a double-story house. I cannot even give cleanliness a 1-star rating, but I have to give something for it to show. The towels were dirty with brown and black streaks. There were spider webs around the whole apartment. The bedding was not changed, and there was also dust and dirt in the beds and pillows. WiFi is non-existent, and the signal is not great. In the end, the price I paid was just for the view and nothing else.

Enjoyed our at stay. Great location.

Spa provided great treatments. Staff did try to provide good service and to accommodate some unusual requests. Breakfast disappointing. Not offered fish/cheese alternatives non-meat eaters. Disappointed that we had to pay a lot extra for cappuccino or hot chocolate etc - already spending plenty on B&B. Loadshedding- especially doubles - was a nuisance- while there was always light - Toast, French fries, and machine coffee were not available. WiFi was weak and very inconsistent around the property - even within the bedrooms.

A peaceful stay at a beautiful location.
