Shelly Park Manor is located in a security complex on the beachfront of St Michael’s Beach. The beach is a mere 200 m walk from the complex.
This second-floor apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second and third bedrooms contain king-size beds. The fourth bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds. The sharing bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath. There is also a guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 12 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with full DStv channels.
The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony which has outdoor patio furniture and a gas braai.
Undercover parking for 1 vehicle and 1 open parking bay.
Guests can make use of the communal facilities that include braai facilities, and a swimming pool. The complex is surrounded by walls with electric fencing that and is monitored by a local security company.
