Friendly staff and management.

We stayed at Sibsons House a few days into the big flood in Natal. There was no water at Sibsons house due to the flooding and water pipes were washed away. The wonderful staff and management made sure we had water for bathrooms and drinking at all times, even bringing us lovely hot water to bathe in the mornings. Very friendly and helpful.
