Description

Silencio is a luxury, modern-style self-catering beach house situated in the popular seaside neighborhood of Onrus only 15 minutes from Hermanus CBD.

Silencio comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. The fourth bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. The second bathroom contains a bath and a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven and a fridge-freezer. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The comfortable lounge features a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv.

The living area has stacker doors opening to an undercover braai area with outdoor dining furniture and built-in braai facilities, ideal for winter or summer.

This ideal family holiday home has a large backyard where kids can play on the lawn and is less than 5 minutes drive from Onrus beach and although the yard is enclosed, the street is quiet enough for them to ride their bicycles.
