Pleasant place with a nice view of the sea.

Bedding not 100% clean. Bathmats were filthy. When we complained both were changed the next day. Other than that a nice stay.

Pleasant, but not great.

Unit looked clean on arrival. Found dirty cutlery and crockery in cupboards. Chose to wash all the dishes before we would use them. No formal list of items in unit to check. How does one prove that something was not in the unit upon arrival. Kitchen cupboards need to be replaced. Storage in the kitchen seemed a bit little. No clear notification of when or where rubbish bags will be collected. The ceiling fans in the unit are rotten. They offer no aid in air circulation within the unit.

I sincerely would like to state that you did not indicate on your initial arrival or anytime during your stay that anything was wrong, although constant communication was kept with you regarding your stay. There is no prove of such as you illustrate. We do however do not state that there was no dirty cutlery, have it been so we would have endured not only it was cleaned but replaced. Storage in kitchen is sufficient for self catering. There is enough appliances necessary for your stay. Due to this unit being close to the sea, there is nothing we can do for rust corrosion. Also this is not about the unit but a grievance regarding your booking in which we gave you options and tried to compromise irrespective of our policy.

Woonstel was skoon en netjies. Dean is vriendelik en help onmiddelik met enige probleem. Baie lekker area en strand. Enigste tekortkoming was defitief 'n tuimeldroër. Verder het ons heerlik gebly.

We fell in love with the sea again after staying here.

Thank you Dean for always being there when we had a problem or just to check in if everything was okay. We definitely want to come back very soon. We loved the place and the area!
