Silhouette Unit 28 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished apartment, situated on Margate's beachfront and promenade. The apartment offers spectacular sea and beach views from the balcony.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor and comprises 3 bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain tri-bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a bath.

The apartment comprises an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine for convenience. The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. There is also a flat-screen TV in the main bedroom.

The living area leads onto the balcony with outdoor seating; this is the ideal spot to watch the sunset.

The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai area, as well as a private entrance to the beach and promenade. Guests have access to 1 shaded cloth parking with a communal area for trailers.
