Glad nie lekker nie, baie ongemaklik.

Ons het 11:30 ingeboek toe was die kamer nog nie klaar nie. Die air con het nie gewerk nie, as jy met die dak fan wil aan slaap, is daar een van die hoofligte wat ook aanbly ons moes die globe uithaal. Expensive for what we got.

The guest house is beautiful and as we push open our room door we are a little disappointed. Room is tiny. Shower water runs into the room and not even milk to make coffee, no fridge water and for the price we could get it included. A breakfast maybe included would be great. WiFi didn't want to connect either.

Service is poor but I don't think it's because the workers are bad but rather that the lodge is seriously understaffed!

1. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished but dirty. We could not even put our luggage on the shelves of the wardrobe as they were dusty, even after telling the staff nothing was done. 2. Reception is not manned on a continuous basis. You wait and call and call for attention. We also realised there were two ladies who were alternating. In addition to taking care of reception they were also the ones cooking and cleaning! 3. While security on the premises didn't look bad, we were shocked to learn that the room doors could not close properly and a closed door can actually be opened from outside! Door security should be one of the biggest things in a lodge/hotel.
