Description

Simonsberg Heights is a self-catering apartment located on the mountainside in Simon's Town with stunning, uninterrupted views of False Bay and Simon's Town Marina. The apartment is close to the beach, shops and restaurants and many other local attractions.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests (max) and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The first bedroom has a queen-size, extra-length bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an automatic washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. The lounge has a TV with limited DStv channels and a DVD player. The living area opens to an enclosed balcony with sliding windows which open to the magnificent view. The unit has it's own secure lock-up garage for 1 car. There is no extra available space for trailers, etc.

The building is secured with an electric gate for access.

The unit is not pet friendly - please note that pets are not allowed. Also, no parties, loud music, etc. allowed.

Please note there is a 24hr notice period for all bookings and a 7 day minimum stay over the December/January school holidays.
