Description
Smiley's Cottage Langezandt is a charming holiday home set in the Langezandt Fishermen's Village, a lovely estate in Struisbaai within easy reach of the beach. With one of the longest uninterrupted white beaches in the Southern hemisphere, this popular little holiday town promises white-washed fishermen’s houses, colourful fishing boats, a working harbour, and plenty of coastal charm.
The cottage can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and its en-suite bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Both bedrooms have a TV with DStv.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional facilities include a TV with DStv, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The unit leads to a lovely courtyard that has a cosy braai area. There is a single garage, used for storage, with chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The main beach in Struisbaai is a fantastic spot for watersports like kayaking, boating, surfing, body boarding, fishing, and kitesurfing, as well as shell collecting, beach strolls, and whale watching.
