The home has everything we need, a home away from home.

The support staff were very helpful.

Beautiful family weekend away walking distance to the most besutiful beach and sea.

Smiley's Cottage was most comfortable, luxurious and safe. The staff at office/key collection were very helpful and uncomplicated. Cleanliness left a little to be desired though.

IIt was ok.

The cottage was not properly cleaned before our arrival. I also don't think Covid protocols were adhered to as when I spoke to the cleaner they said they didn't have time to clean certain items. Couches were dirty. Cobwebs. The mats in the main bedroom are not being cleaned in-between the visiting guests. Very cluttered with lots of unnecessary items lying around. I had sanitizer removed from the cottage the same day we left the cleaner alone. when we followed up with Elaine she said she would check with the cleaner and we had no follow up. Our last day also encountered a geyser element that had burnt out so we could not go to the beach as we needed to wait for the plumber arrival. back room where washing machine is is dirty and messy. Middle bathroom door does not close easily.

Ons het so lekker gerus by Smiley's. Pragtige uitleg, verwelkomende gevoel, alles wat jy ooit sal nodig hë is daar, dit was net regtig ’n lekker wegbreek. Sal vir seker weer gaan.

Heerlik, ontspannend.

Smiley Cottage is pragtig ingerig met alles wat 'n mens nodig het.

Place is very nice and has nice equipment and finishes.

The pool was nice and the place was very clean.
