Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Guests will need to check-in and collect keys at 29 Hans Strydom Street, Parow North.
Guests are welcome to make use of the communal swimming pool at the owner’s other premises, the Smithland Guest Apartments complex, which is a 100 m walk away.
No smoking permitted inside.
No pets permitted.
A breakage deposit is required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded in case of no breakages and damages.
This includes damages to crockery, linen, electronic equipment and all decor as well as furniture.
