Disappointing. Was very hot and power was off for long periods of time.

Our stay was short, 2 nights only. WiFi was useless. No backup power at all. Swimming pool water not clean. Our towels were wet and no fresh towel given on the second day.

I stayed for three nights. They didn't clean my room nor make up my bed. The 2nd night they made the bed with the same dirty sheets, towels not changed, room was not thoroughly cleaned even. Unfortunately, we did explain all that seemed to bother you to you when you made us aware of all of this on the day of departure. My cleaning ladies did ask you twice if they could come in and clean and on both times you said that you are still relaxing. Lastly just before they went as they did make you aware of their leaving time as they need to get to their taxis and only have up to 14:00 on weekends, we feel more than enough time to clean the rooms.
We do not advertise that we have a backup for load shedding, we do have backup lights though, but still feel that up to 14:00 was more than enough time to get all done.
We only change bedding if guests are staying more than 3 days or when needed, but unfortunately, they could not get into your room to check on this.
We strive to keep our clients happy and work around their schedules, but on this day they were just told that they should stay and clean her room later when they are done, which was very nicely explained could not be done.
